Civil Air Patrol, Inc., Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama (USA) is being awarded a US$5,448,000 contract modification to provide for ‘furtherance of the non-combat missions of the Air Force, including but not limited to search and rescue, disaster relief, aerial damage assessment, airlift, counter drug, drug demand reduction, Civil Air Patrol cadet programme and aerospace education’.
Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete September 2004. US Air Education Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41689-00-2-0001 P00043).
