The 2004 EMS Today Conference and Exhibition will include several new events during March 2-6 2004 in Salt Lake City (USA).
EMS Today is now in its 22nd year and offers continuing education for all levels of emergency medical personnel as well as an extensive exhibit hall for the emergency medical industry to showcase products and services.
Highlights of the 2004 programme include a total of 106 conference sessions on a variety of subjects ranging from field telemedicine to RSI to anti-terrorism strategies for EMS personnel. An EMS Research Summit, sponsored by the Prehospital Care Research Forum, National Association of EMS Educators and JEMS, features several sessions dealing with "controversies" in prehospital care.
An EMS Telecommunications Summit, sponsored by the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch and JEMS, will feature a day of discussion on several important communications issues.
