CHC wins new Australian emergency rescue contract

CHC Helicopters (Australia) has won a new five-year contract (with options for up to five additional years) for the provision of a new dedicated Bell 412 EP aircraft to the Western Australia Government Fire and Emergency Services Authority, with anticipated revenues of approximately $15.2 million CDN over the five-year period.

This new dedicated service contract has commenced in Perth, WA, with the temporary provision of an existing Bell 412 from the CHC fleet. A new Bell 412 EP has been purchased and is being completed at CHC Australia's Adelaide facility. CHC will provide pilots and crewmen for the 24-hour emergency rescue service.
